Amazing service - quality jewellery

Im currently wearing my amazing engagement ring, wedding ring, eternity ring, watch and earrings all purchased from Toulson Jones. Im so pleased with all of them especially the quality of the diamonds. I would highly recommend them for their Professional and friendly advice and quality of their jewellery!

The Complete Personal Service

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Toulson Jones for my now Fiancee. I had absolutely no idea about diamonds, styles, shapes, bands before I started this adventure! However, from the minute I stepped into the stunning premises in Tunbridge Wells, not only was I educated on all forms of diamonds and everything that went with it, but I was also advised on which rings suited my own personal circumstances, rather than pushing me towards something that would provide more income to the shop ! After a few weeks had passed since deciding which ring, I changed my mind. I wasnt sure if this would be ok, but of course, nothing was too much trouble for the fantastic staff there. This was the complete service, something you do not see very often in this day and age. Not only would I recommend TJ but I will not shop elsewhere for any jewelery from now on. Congratulations TJ, the Perfect Service from start to finish !

Amazing Transformation!

I was left a very old seven stone cluster ring, which was very dated, and did not wear for this reason as I prefer more modern jewellery. I was recommended by a friend who had some jewellery made for her by Toulson Jones Jewellers, and she advised me to go there. They removed the stones from my old ring. I had for a long time been after a modern eternity style ring, and I even got to see what the end product would be like using their new CAD system! I would definitely recomend this service!

Excellent Design Service

My husband and I had been looking for a particular ring design for the past couple of years but without success. We were recommended by friends to try Toulson Jones Jewellers. We explained what we were after and with there very clever computer aided design system the ring was in front of us in photo quality. It took around 15 mins to design, amazing! We received the ring very quickly, and I will treasure it. Excellent and friendly customer service.

Wow!

My husband recently bought me a beautiful diamond solitaire ring from Toulson Jones. With it being a surprise, I needed to have the size altered. The staff at Toulson Jones were wonderful - and it took less than a week to have the ring re-sized to a perfect fit! Brilliant service - thank you Toulson Jones.
